Residential Program (Shared Room)

Champions Springs Wellness residential education program cost is contributed by 2 factors: Accommodation and the education programs fees. While the former depends on the type of room and the duration of stay, the latter is constant. At the Home of Alternative Healing all our rooms are ensuite. We have private rooms (single person) and shared rooms either (2 or 3 persons). The residential progoram comes with:

1. 24/7 support (our resident doctor is always within reach and a nurse or a clinician is ever present at the wellness center).In addition, front desk personnel are within the premises around the clock.

2. House keeping

3. Daily clean linnen including towels

4. slippers/flip flops/

5. full meals (Optmized nutrition)

6. Mindwork inlcudes Yoga, Meditation, etc.

7. Weekly toursim package (we visit a tourist attraction site in our beautiful country)

8. Workouts (daily group and individualized all inclusive) includes dancing, cardio, strength training, swimming, etc

9. Daily participation in our various lifestyle education programs

10. Supervised fasting (if it's applicable to you)

11. Detoxification (for everyone unless your health status does not permit; our doctor will evaluate you for exclusion or inclusion)

12. Free wifi (all electronics are switched off by 2100hrs until 0500hrs). The program promotes sleep hygiene and helps eradicate insomnia.

13. Acupuncture sessions (once a week)

14. Reflexology sessions (once a week)

15. Therapeutic massage (twice a week)

16. Grooming services (pedicure/manicure/ once a month), Hair grooming (once fortnightly), facial and body scrubs once a week.
